About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Fullstack Engineer or Head of Engineering to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will take our existing MVP products and turn them into robust, scalable solutions. You will serve as a key member of our leadership team, ensuring that our technical roadmap remains aligned with our mission and the complex regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership by working with our executive team to set development priorities that support our long-term goals in SUD recovery.
- Lead the full-stack development of our platform to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience for both the patients we serve and the providers who care for them.
- Partner with our clinical and product leads to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, functional, and highly reliable software features.
Requirements
- A proven history of success in a startup environment, where you have demonstrated the ability to innovate and adapt quickly.
- Deep technical expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, along with experience using frameworks like Material UI.
- Practical experience applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve user outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in API integrations and managing data flows between custom software and third-party solutions.
- A mission-driven mindset with a genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes and supporting those in recovery.
