We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Tellent, we provide a comprehensive Talent Management Suite that helps over 7,000 organizations across 100 countries manage the entire employee lifecycle. Our platform integrates applicant tracking, HRIS, and performance management tools to empower HR teams globally. With a dedicated workforce of over 250 professionals, we are committed to building scalable, high-quality software that simplifies complex people decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and development of our Tellent HR product, ensuring our code remains maintainable and scalable as we grow.
- Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and other developers to build robust backend modules while influencing frontend features and user experiences.
- Mentor team members through pair programming and code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and effective cross-functional teamwork.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in a professional environment.
- A strong fullstack mindset with the ability to navigate everything from database management to UI implementation.
- Pragmatic product thinking, including a history of evaluating trade-offs and participating in prototyping.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with Express.js, React, PostgreSQL or MySQL, GraphQL, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Proficiency in using Git for version control and strong communication skills in both English and Polish.
