What you'll be doing

• Design and implement scalable, robust web applications by applying sound programming principles and efficient algorithms.
• Partner with our Product, User Experience, Data Science, and Business Operations teams to navigate complex technical trade-offs and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your peers, setting a high bar for code quality, performance, and test coverage while championing the use of AI tools to accelerate our development processes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of software engineering experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in modern full-stack development using TypeScript, React, and Node. You should have a strong background in building AI-powered applications using LLMs from providers like OpenAI or Anthropic, along with a solid working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive our product roadmap forward.
