Since 2015, we have helped thousands of customers navigate the real estate market with our unique bridge loan solutions, and we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us continue building the future of homeownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing web applications that serve our customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate across teams with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful technology solutions.
• Champion high standards for architecture, testing, and deployment to ensure our systems remain scalable and secure.
• Prioritize user experience by integrating accessibility and usability best practices into every feature you develop.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the professional growth of your peers.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain system reliability and performance.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience writing production-level React.js code.
• Expertise in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services using GraphQL.
• Proficiency with backend development in Node.js and the ability to work with SQL queries.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
• A proven track record of success working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Next.js or Svelte.
• Experience with performance optimization, monitoring, and debugging tools.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000 USD.
