Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of complex, cross-functional features from conception to completion.
- Architect and implement scalable, performant features with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support our data-heavy applications.
- Partner with our product team to translate requirements into actionable technical implementations.
- Lead code reviews to uphold our high standards for engineering excellence.
- Mentor junior team members and share your technical expertise to elevate the entire engineering group.
- Conduct performance analysis and scalability planning to optimize our database systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience solving complex technical challenges.
- A proven history of building large-scale web applications and REST APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript for both backend and frontend development.
- Extensive experience with data modeling and optimizing complex queries in systems like PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture and performance optimization for large-scale platforms.
- Strong familiarity with testing methodologies, including unit and integration tests.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, specifically CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Professional fluency in English.
