What you'll be doing

• Lead engineering initiatives by taking ownership of complex projects, setting high standards for our development practices, and mentoring team members to ensure we deliver high-quality results.
• Drive product architecture by making key decisions on system design, writing robust code, and ensuring our technical roadmap aligns perfectly with the needs of our users.
• Manage data integrations and security by validating various data sources for performance and compatibility while ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and reliable for all our customers.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset to our remote team. You should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for solving complex problems.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience coding in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with cloud-scale services and managing server environments.
• A proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our team.
