At Form Health, we are transforming the landscape of obesity medicine. As a venture-backed startup founded in 2019, we provide evidence-based, multi-disciplinary care through our virtual clinic. We leverage a proprietary mobile app to connect patients with board-certified physicians and registered dietitians, ensuring that high-quality, empathetic care is accessible to those who need it most. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team and help us scale our impact on a national level.

What you'll be doing

You will build and maintain backend services and clinical tools using Ruby on Rails, Node, AWS Lambda, GraphQL, and React.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive rapid iteration and improve our telemedicine platform.
You will take a lead role in shaping our technical architecture, including infrastructure management on AWS and the evolution of our data models and API integrations.

What you'll bring

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, demonstrating strong technical proficiency in both frontend and backend systems.
You possess deep, hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails and React.
You are a clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.
You are fluent in English and eager to contribute to a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will receive the following benefits:
