We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Posh, we are transforming the financial services industry by building advanced AI assistants for banks and credit unions. Responsibilities
- Develop new features across our platform, including actionable analytics dashboards, content management tools, and conversational assistant interfaces.
- Enhance the reliability and performance of our backend systems, specifically focusing on RAG ingestion pipelines, vector store migrations, and the orchestration of machine learning services.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring other engineers, driving best practices in code quality, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend systems and proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, including project management and mentoring junior team members.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable architectures and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including the ability to write efficient, high-performance SQL queries.
- Strong familiarity with our core technology stack, which includes Python, Node.js, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
