The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Mountain View, California. You will play a vital role in shaping our FieldPrint Platform, a SaaS solution that manages the data flowing to our robots and unlocks new possibilities for construction automation. As a senior member of our web team, you will contribute your technical expertise to both the browser-based user interface and our robust cloud services. This is an in-office role, as we thrive on the camaraderie and rapid coordination that comes from working together in person to build products that have never existed in this industry before.

A day in the life

• Design and implement sophisticated features for our web applications and cloud services to improve the FieldPrint Platform.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and leadership teams to translate complex digital models into intuitive experiences for field crews.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to push the boundaries of what is possible in construction automation and software design.

Who you are

You are a creative engineer who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for building high-quality software. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You have approximately 10 years of experience building highly responsive web applications.
• You have served as a key contributor to a successful startup-scale enterprise SaaS product.
• You are proficient in front-end development using React and cloud development with Go.
• You possess deep knowledge of async web apps, HTTP and Websockets, API design, data persistence, analytics, and cloud deployment.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and are fluent in English.
