Moment is transforming capital markets infrastructure for the wealth management sector, starting with the fixed income space. Since our founding in 2022 by former fixed income quants, we have become a leading provider for global fintechs and brokerages. Backed by $17 million in Series A funding from investors like a16z, we are growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Full Stack or Front End Software Engineer to help us modernize how investors access the markets from our New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term technical vision and architecture for our web-based products.
- Develop high-performance, accessible, and reliable UI components based on design specifications.
- Partner with our product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Create and maintain a unified style library for consistent use across our platform.
- Collaborate within a small, high-impact team to own and execute projects from start to finish.
- Contribute to the evolution of our technology stack as we scale.
- Support our growth by mentoring new team members and participating in the hiring process.
Must-haves
- Five to eight or more years of professional experience in Front End or Full Stack engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end architecture, including security, usability, and performance best practices.
- Proven track record of architecting and building services from the ground up in large-scale production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, empathetic approach to teamwork.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, depending on your specific skills and experience.
