Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our tight-knit team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere. We are seeking someone with at least 36 months of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of complex projects.
Your impact
- You will build and maintain software solutions designed to streamline complex contractor operations.
- You will take full ownership of projects, driving them from the initial concept through to final delivery.
- You will work across our entire product stack to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with our core technologies, including Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL. We value candidates who possess the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- A background in startups or experience as a founding engineer.
- A high-energy approach with a strong bias toward shipping code.
- The ability to work autonomously and proactively without needing constant supervision.
- Experience developing complex products that span multiple domains.
- Strong judgment and the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have experience building voice AI agents or working with AI-powered document and image editing tools.
