The role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for someone who loves solving the complex puzzles inherent in the payments industry. You will be responsible for building both the road and the roadmap, working in a fast-paced environment where your technical decisions will directly influence our company trajectory. Core responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable features for our API and customer portal while prioritizing simplicity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding and ensure our platform meets rigorous compliance and fraud protection standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our architectural strategy, helping us master the nuances of various payment rails.

Skills and experience

We are seeking candidates who possess a deep understanding of core engineering principles and have experience working with our preferred technology stack. You should be comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment and be ready to take ownership of critical projects.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and REST API development.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tooling, including AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and CircleCI.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation and benefits
