The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in building the future of enterprise search and conversational interfaces. You will sit at the intersection of front-end innovation and back-end scalability, ensuring that our AI-driven applications are both powerful and user-friendly. This is a chance to work on high-impact projects, including our gaming search engine, while collaborating with a group of talented engineers, designers, and product experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology.
A day in the life
- You will partner with other senior engineers to craft and refine ReactJS-based search interfaces that utilize natural language processing to deliver intelligent, relevant results.
- You will architect and maintain scalable back-end services using NodeJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, while designing robust APIs and event frameworks to integrate our AI and machine learning models.
- You will experiment with emerging technologies, such as voice and visual search, and develop conversational chatbot interfaces that provide a seamless experience for our users.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in the dynamic, often ambiguous environment of a startup. You enjoy navigating uncertainty and are always eager to learn, whether you are exploring the latest trends in AI or diving into new microservices architectures. You communicate effectively in English and bring a strong technical foundation to the table.
Your background includes:
- Expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and database management with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- A deep understanding of JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vercel.
- A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work across product and design teams to ship high-quality software.
