The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be a technical leader who shapes our product architecture and elevates the performance of everyone around you. You will work across the entire stack, leveraging Ruby on Rails for robust backend services and TypeScript with LIT for our frontend interfaces. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, setting technical direction, and delivering software that customers rely on every single day. You will have the autonomy to own your projects, from initial design to cloud deployment on AWS or GCP.

A day in the life

• You will build and scale our core Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring our backend services remain performant and reliable as we grow.
• You will craft intuitive user interfaces using TypeScript and LIT, focusing on creating a beautiful experience for our marketing users.
• You will design and implement end-to-end systems, which includes managing cloud infrastructure, resolving complex scaling bottlenecks, and integrating with third-party APIs.

Who you are

You are a seasoned software professional with at least 6 years of experience, including 18 months of dedicated work with Ruby on Rails in a production environment. You possess a sharp perspective on software architecture and are comfortable working in a remote setting. You value clear communication in English and have a proven ability to mentor others while maintaining your own high-velocity output. You are curious, opinionated about your tools, and you take pride in delivering impactful, high-quality code.
