Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position for a Lead Senior Full Stack Engineer. You can work from anywhere in the world, provided you are comfortable collaborating in English. You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Software Engineering and play a pivotal role in our technical strategy.
Your impact
- Design and build scalable frameworks, including API subsystems, logging tools, and frontend web architectures.
- Collaborate closely with our iOS engineers and product teams to define architecture and bring new features to life.
- Lead by example through code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship to ensure we maintain high engineering standards.
What you'll need
We are looking for a seasoned engineer with a strong background in software architecture and team leadership. You should have a graduate degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science or Software Engineering, along with the following expertise:
- Over 10 years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with NodeJS and React.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
- A solid grasp of Event-Driven Design, Redux, and Redux Toolkit.
- Proven experience in unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and the full system development life cycle.
- A history of leading teams, mentoring developers, and working effectively with product and design stakeholders.
