About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, helping us build robust, scalable solutions while navigating the complexities of modern healthcare technology. We value engineers who are comfortable wearing many hats and taking ownership of their work as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, prototype, and build web applications that feature complex interaction patterns and efficient backend architectures.
• Analyze and optimize our existing systems to ensure high levels of scalability and performance.
• Collaborate across the product lifecycle to translate user needs into functional, high-quality code while balancing immediate goals with long-term architectural health.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, specifically using Python, TypeScript, React, Node, and Postgres.
• A deep understanding of front-end technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and web components.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
• A strong grasp of backend development and a solid understanding of how ORMs function and the architectural tradeoffs they involve.
• A product-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where you can help define and refine product specifications.

Location

This role is based in the United States. As an on-site organization, we value the collaboration and energy of our team working together in our office space.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
