What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity based in India. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering, playing a pivotal role in designing and scaling our climate-tech products. This is a hybrid role where you will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle, utilizing a modern tech stack that includes React, Node.js, Rust, and PostgreSQL.
- Design, build, and test robust SaaS platform components using React, Node.js, or Rust.
- Collaborate with architects to define and implement high-performance client-side and server-side structures.
- Develop reusable code, libraries, and scalable backend services to support our enterprise-grade climate solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have three to five years of experience building SaaS products from the ground up. We are looking for someone with deep technical competence in the PERN stack, specifically using TypeScript, alongside professional experience with Rust and back-end frameworks like Node.js or Python. You should be comfortable with REST API design, SQL databases, and DevOps practices such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Beyond technical skills, we value candidates who possess a strong product sense and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. You should be an entrepreneurial problem solver who thrives in lean, collaborative environments and approaches challenges with a growth mindset. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
