Prosper Health is dedicated to improving the lives of neurodivergent and autistic adults through specialized, virtual mental health services. Since our founding eighteen months ago, we have scaled to reach thousands of clients and secured Series A funding, and we are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team as the fourth engineering hire.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain clinician-facing tools that leverage data to improve patient care.
Develop AI-driven features for transcript analysis to better support client needs.
Streamline the client intake process to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Implement features for pricing transparency, such as automated cost estimates.
Enhance our development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
Collaborate directly with our Head of Engineering, clinical staff, and the founding team to shape our product roadmap.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally within a startup environment.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience working across the full stack.
Working knowledge of React or similar frontend frameworks.
Experience with Node.js, Fastify, tRPC, and Prisma.
A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage company.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, with a preference for those who can be in our Chelsea, NYC office.
