The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Care Delivery Tools team. In this role, you will be a vital part of a small, high-impact group dedicated to building the software that supports our clinical operations and radiologists. You will focus on optimizing study routing for maximum efficiency, deepening the integration of our internal AI devices, and scaling our operational tools to support hundreds of medical professionals. This is a unique chance to build software that has a direct, tangible impact on patient outcomes and the speed of life-saving care.

A day in the life

• You will pioneer the technical roadmap for systems that directly improve patient outcomes and drive our most critical business functions.
• You will champion a culture of technical excellence by leading discussions on architecture, security, and development standards to ensure our systems remain robust and compliant.
• You will build and refine self-service automation tools that empower our teams to work more efficiently, reducing manual overhead and allowing everyone to focus on high-impact projects.

Who you are

You are a mission-driven engineer who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems in healthcare. You bring at least four years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in full-stack engineering. You are comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and you thrive in environments where execution and detail matter. Your technical toolkit includes:

• High proficiency in JavaScript, specifically with React, and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience using modern developer productivity tools and AI-assisted coding agents.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
