Cognism is the leading provider of European B2B data and sales intelligence, helping ambitious businesses of every size connect with qualified decision-makers to close deals faster. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work on high-performance web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers to turn complex ideas into seamless user experiences. Depending on your location, you can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices or operate fully remotely.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of secure, scalable systems across our entire stack to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain high standards for coding and testing to ensure long-term system reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor fellow engineers, share best practices, and actively contribute to the technical growth and process improvements of our team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a senior full-stack role, ideally within high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Angular.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- A disciplined approach to testing, with a proven ability to write and maintain comprehensive automated test suites.
- The ability to balance technical decision-making with broader product goals, including managing technical debt and supporting future architecture.
