Cognism is the leading provider of European B2B data and sales intelligence, helping ambitious businesses of every size connect with qualified decision-makers to close deals faster. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work on high-performance web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers to turn complex ideas into seamless user experiences. Depending on your location, you can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices or operate fully remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of secure, scalable systems across our entire stack to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Establish and maintain high standards for coding and testing to ensure long-term system reliability and maintainability.
Mentor fellow engineers, share best practices, and actively contribute to the technical growth and process improvements of our team.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in a senior full-stack role, ideally within high-growth or startup environments.
Strong technical proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Angular.
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
A disciplined approach to testing, with a proven ability to write and maintain comprehensive automated test suites.
The ability to balance technical decision-making with broader product goals, including managing technical debt and supporting future architecture.
