About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for our Targeting team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the next generation of our ad targeting products, ensuring that our platform remains scalable and efficient for our massive user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build targeting solutions across our entire ad stack, including the Reddit Ads UI, campaign management tools, audience forecasting, and machine learning prediction systems.
- Collaborate closely with our product, design, and infrastructure teams to champion engineering best practices and contribute to the overall architecture of our ad platform.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while staying adaptable to new technologies that help us address complex scaling challenges.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, along with two years of experience in a relevant position. We are looking for technical proficiency in the following areas:
- Languages and Frameworks: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, React, and Redux.
- Data and Infrastructure: Postgres, Redis, and either Cassandra or MySQL.
- Search and Orchestration: Elasticsearch or BigQuery, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $252,367.50 to $267,100.00 USD. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units. Our benefits package includes:
