Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer or Head of Engineering to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will drive the evolution of our MVP products into scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with our mission and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Technical Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to align software development priorities with company goals and strategy, driving technological innovation in whole-person SUD recovery.
• Full Stack Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for both providers and patients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and clinical leads to integrate clinical workflows and patient needs into the platform's design and functionality.
• Scalability and Growth: Architect and implement scalable solutions to support future growth, maintaining high performance and reliability.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all software solutions comply with privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA, safeguarding patient data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Startup Experience: Proven track record of building applications in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovation.
• Rapid Learning and Multitasking: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• AI and Machine Learning: Experience applying machine learning and artificial intelligence strategies to improve outcomes for both enterprise users and consumers.
• API and Data Integration: Proficiency in API integrations and data integration strategies between custom-built software and off-the-shelf solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, and Node.js, with experience in common frameworks such as Material UI.
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare use cases and healthcare data standards is a plus, enhancing our mission to support SUD patients and providers.
