The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer or Head of Engineering to join our leadership team. This is a vital role for us as we move beyond our MVP stage and scale our technology to meet the needs of more patients and providers. You will be responsible for shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring our platform remains secure and compliant with healthcare regulations, and building systems that can grow alongside our mission. You will work closely with our leadership, product, and clinical teams to turn complex needs into intuitive, high-performance software solutions.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end development of our platform, using React, TypeScript, and Node.js to create seamless experiences for our users.
• You will collaborate with our clinical leads to translate complex healthcare workflows into functional, user-friendly features within our application.
• You will architect scalable solutions and integrate AI and machine learning strategies to improve patient outcomes and streamline data management.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup. You have a deep understanding of modern web development, including Material UI and complex API integrations. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and can learn new technologies on the fly. Ideally, you have some experience navigating healthcare data standards, and you are deeply committed to our mission of improving SUD recovery. You communicate clearly, work well with diverse teams, and bring a creative, innovative mindset to every technical challenge you face.
