We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team and collaborate directly with our partners in the educational technology sector. This role reports to our Chief Technology Officer and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated applications using a stack centered on Java Spring Boot and Vue.JS.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using Java Spring Boot and Vue.JS.
• Collaborate on feature discussions and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ensure the stability and performance of development, QA, and production environments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers on the project.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to high-quality, maintainable codebases.
• Estimate project tasks accurately based on your professional experience.
• Engage in transparent communication and foster a highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Vue.JS for front-end development.
• 5 years of experience building back-end systems with Java Spring Boot.
• 5 years of experience working with MySQL relational database management systems.
• Proven ability to architect and build highly complex applications.
• Strong history of working effectively within collaborative team settings.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in the educational technology industry.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects through structured processes like Git flow, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Strong understanding of OOP and software design principles.
• A demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
