Accrue Savings is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer

Accrue is a branded wallet platform that enables merchants to launch a stored value and payment experience, helping boost customer loyalty while reducing transaction costs. By using Accrue, merchants typically see an 80% reduction in transaction costs, a 20% increase in average order value (AOV), and a 25% growth in customer lifetime value (LTV).

With Accrue’s Wallet, merchants can take control of their payments and refunds, bypassing the Mastercard and Visa duopoly while building loyalty with consumers.

As part of the Engineering team, you will help build a product that helps Americans save. We value fast iteration and rapid development, if you have a bias for action when faced with conflicting choices you will succeed at Accrue.

What you'll do

Collaborate in the design, implementation, and deployment of successful systems and services in support of our product

Help define our secure, scalable, distributed and event-driven systems

Work with extraordinary teams delivering demanding projects

Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions

Understand system interdependencies and limitations

Share your knowledge of the most effective performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns and methods

Work closely with other engineers, UX designers, and product managers to develop friendly UI experiences

What we'd love to see

Programming experience with Typescript, Node and React

Experience writing reliable & reusable code with Next.js, Nest.js.

6+ years Front end experience, familiar with CSS, HTML

Well-rounded engineering skills; full-stack development experience - web + services

Strong analytical abilities and design skills

Expertise in implementing the best UI/ UX for users.

Relational database experience.

Troubleshooting skills.

Degree in computer science related fields OR equivalent experience in software development
