What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. You will be instrumental in helping us maintain our high standards for craftsmanship and technical excellence.

What will you do?

• Lead or participate in a project squad, taking responsibility for defining the overall architecture and selecting the right technologies for both the front-end and back-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and composable code while ensuring product quality through automated testing and collaborative code reviews.
• Work closely with Product Owners to plan backlogs and participate in technical discussions to ensure we are delivering impactful outcomes for our clients.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of professional web development experience and a strong product mindset. We value candidates who are comfortable working across the entire stack and who prioritize security, performance, and reusability in everything they build.

• You have experience with at least one of the following languages: Ruby, JavaScript, Go, PHP, or Python.
• You are familiar with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Redux, VueJS, or AngularJS.
• You have a proven track record of writing automated tests for web applications.
• You are confident in your ability to communicate effectively in English.
• You possess a can-do attitude and enjoy tackling complex technical systems.
