The opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for AI to join our team. In this role, you will be at the center of our most ambitious projects, blending artificial intelligence with intuitive product design to simplify configuration tasks and create highly personalized experiences. You will architect enterprise-grade web applications using Java and React, helping us build the next generation of tools for the world's largest events. This is a unique chance to lead by example, influence our technical direction, and work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your ideas can truly move the needle.

A day in the life

• Develop and maintain our core product suite, ensuring every feature is secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Design and implement our AI agent platform, which includes working with LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with Product Management and UX teams to translate complex requirements into thoughtful, client-facing solutions.

Who you are

You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership of your work. You bring a strong technical background and a desire to build things that do not exist yet. Our ideal candidate possesses the following:

• At least 5 years of experience working on full stack codebases, with expertise in Java, the Spring Framework, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS, advanced SQL, and backend systems within service-oriented architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, or RAG architectures, along with an interest in MLOps and Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to architect complex solutions and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
