Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer at Eleanor Health

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Eleanor Health, we operate as the first outpatient addiction and mental health provider to deliver comprehensive care through a value-based model. Our mission is to transform the quality and accessibility of care for those affected by addiction, and we pride ourselves on a culture rooted in empathy, kindness, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow across multiple states, we need a dedicated leader to help us evolve our infrastructure, maintain high standards for data integrity, and build reliable systems using tools like Google Cloud, Terraform, Kubernetes, Go, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure while utilizing Terraform to manage resources efficiently.
• Develop and support robust backend services and APIs, ensuring our applications remain secure and performant.
• Implement automated data pipelines and maintain rigorous security standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure and DevOps leadership roles, with a strong background in Google Cloud or AWS.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management or professional mentorship.
• Proven technical expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, networking, and database administration.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• A self-starting mindset paired with a high level of empathy and humility.

What we offer
