What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a senior-level position based in our Chennai office. In this role, you will be the primary partner for our North American hiring managers, helping them staff complex technology requirements across various domains. Please note that because this role supports our Americas-based teams, the required working hours are 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST, Monday through Friday.

What will you do?

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their technical needs and design proactive, innovative recruitment strategies to find the best talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing passive candidates, conducting structured interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics within our applicant tracking system to ensure we are meeting our hiring goals and providing a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.

You should be a results-oriented professional with a strong background in technology recruitment. We value candidates who possess the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment.
• Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche technical roles, combined with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools like Office 365.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
• A commitment to information security, including the ability to identify risks and ensure data privacy compliance throughout the hiring process.
