We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fully remote team and help us build the next generation of interfaces for the Department of Defense.

What you'll be doing

• You will continuously implement new features and functionality to improve the overall user experience of our platforms.
• You will work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to architect and build innovative interfaces that solve real-world user needs.
• You will develop and execute rigorous unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure our interface remains robust and reliable.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 6 years of experience working within full-stack development teams. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment where you can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your technical background should include the following:

• Strong proficiency with Svelte 5 and other frontend technologies like HTML and CSS.
• Experience coding in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or the Carbon Design System.
• Practical experience working within CI/CD environments.
• A proven ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective, innovative solutions.
