Perspective is a profitable, bootstrapped company on a mission to empower entrepreneurs through our growth marketing platform. With over 5,000 customers and a team of fewer than 40 people, we have scaled to over €11M in annual recurring revenue and are now focused on reaching our next milestone of €100M. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fully remote team and help us build high-quality, impactful software.

Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features using scalable and beautiful UI components.
Enhance core areas of our platform, including funnel editing, publishing, analytics, and user workflow integrations.
Take full ownership of frontend initiatives while upholding our high standards for code quality.
Optimize application performance and stability through consistent profiling and monitoring.
Collaborate across teams, including your squad, founders, and customer success departments.
Engage in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions with fellow engineers.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience as a frontend engineer within a SaaS environment, preferably with marketing software or website builders.
Strong technical background in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Expertise in building reusable React components and hooks.
Deep understanding of Redux or similar state management frameworks.
Extensive experience with Git workflows.
Proficiency in unit and integration testing using tools like Jest or Cypress.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-haves

Professional proficiency in German.
Experience working in Next.js environments.
Knowledge of Node.js based REST APIs.
Familiarity with Svelte.
Experience using TailwindCSS.
