About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of a product domain to deliver high-quality features while improving our overall developer experience. You will work within a collaborative, agile environment to solve complex technical challenges and help our organization scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to design and build features that support both our internal and external users.
• Improve our frontend infrastructure and development processes to enable faster, more efficient delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead by example to uphold high standards of code quality and craftsmanship across the team.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of frontend development experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. You should have a strong command of TypeScript, React, and Redux. Proficiency with modern build tools like Webpack and Vite is essential, as is experience with AWS services. You should be comfortable with automated testing using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. We value engineers who are passionate about user experience and who have a proven track record of solving difficult technical problems.

Compensation and Benefits
