About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front end Software Engineer for a Full Time, Remote position. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to develop new features and scale our partner business. You will work within a culture that prioritizes asynchronous decision-making and strong alignment, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and perform code reviews for our travel portals.
• Work autonomously while maintaining close alignment with designers and product managers to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and implement engineering improvements for both our team processes and the product itself.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with React.
• Strong familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, and XState.
• A proven ability to manage multiple feature developments simultaneously while maintaining high code quality.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Experience working with Scala backend systems and GCP services is highly beneficial.

This position is Remote and can be performed from Anywhere.
