Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level role that requires deep technical expertise and a passion for building high-performance systems. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with our global network of professionals to push our product technology to the next level.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a high-performing front-end engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the evolution of our product architecture by implementing innovative design patterns and frameworks that enhance user interfaces and overall system performance.
- Balance hands-on development with strategic management, ensuring that our roadmap features are delivered with high standards for quality, security, and reliability.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of software development experience, with at least 7 years focused on front-end technologies and 6 years in technical leadership.
- Profound expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Extensive experience managing globally distributed teams and working with back-end technologies like Ruby on Rails.
- Strong proficiency in deploying and operating cloud-based solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage complex, high-scale systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for success in our remote-first culture.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
