Senior Front-End Engineer at Exodus Movement Inc.

At Exodus, we build a multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet that includes a built-in exchange, giving people an easy way to move their finances onto the emerging internet of value. Since 2015 we have operated as a fully distributed team with a bold goal: helping half the world transition from traditional finance into crypto by 2030.

What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. The position calls for someone at the senior level who will take full ownership of our public website and the systems that power it.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain the Exodus CMS so content creators can publish new pages and updates on demand.
• Turn designs into reusable page templates and front-end components, then ship them to production.
• Set up end-to-end tests, tooling, and automations that keep our CI/CD pipeline reliable and fast.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least five years of hands-on experience building production web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally React. You have shipped many interfaces from design files to live sites and know how to optimize for performance, security, and usability. You are comfortable integrating a CMS with static site generators such as Gatsby and have worked with modern testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress inside dependable CI/CD workflows. A/B testing, mobile optimization, and a strong bias for action round out the profile we need. All work is conducted in English.

What's in it for you?

We offer the freedom to work from anywhere on a flexible schedule, 30 days of paid time off each year, and comprehensive health coverage-100 % for you and 50 % for dependents in the United States, or up to $500 per month toward medical and dental insurance if you are located elsewhere. Additional benefits include unlimited bereavement leave, 13 weeks of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, dental insurance, quarterly wellness days, gym and therapy reimbursements, tax-advisory support for Bitcoin compensation, and all the tools required to do the job.
