What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a key role in our software engineering squads. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, and because we operate globally, this role is open to candidates located anywhere.
What will you do?
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional squad of engineers, product managers, and designers to turn wireframes into functional, intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to our front-end engineering standards, and help drive architectural design decisions.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in front-end development, with at least two years spent in a senior capacity. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of React, TypeScript, and modern CSS styling. You should be comfortable integrating REST and GraphQL APIs and have experience working with Figma to collaborate with design teams. Because we are a global company, professional proficiency in English is required. It is a bonus if you have experience with TDD, Storybook, or working within FinTech or HRTech environments.
