We're building the future of payments at Mamo, and we're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who wants real ownership over the mobile experience that powers financial inclusion for thousands of users.
Role at a glance
Senior Flutter Developer, full-time, working remotely from anywhere. You will join a focused product-engineering team building production-grade FinTech applications that solve complex challenges in the payments space.
Your impact
- Own the mobile architecture end-to-end, shaping technical strategy and defining engineering best practices that keep our Flutter codebase scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Design and ship core customer-facing features and internal tools, building modular components, custom widgets, and smooth data flows that deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Establish automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices that raise quality and reliability across every release.
What you'll need
Six or more years of mobile development experience, including at least three years working with Flutter and Dart. You bring deep knowledge of the Flutter ecosystem, state management, reactive programming, and navigation frameworks, plus hands-on skill with custom widgets, push notifications, and secure authentication flows such as OAuth, JWT, or Firebase.
You have set up CI/CD pipelines and release processes, implemented E2E testing with tools like Appium, Patrol, or Maestro, and optimized app performance, size, and API efficiency. Familiarity with monitoring and APM tools is expected, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential, and you thrive when working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
