About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our global team on a full-time basis. Reporting to our Head of Marketing in our New York City office, you will play a vital role in increasing our brand presence and driving demand across North America. This position is perfect for a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to shape our growth strategy through impactful field initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy that encompasses trade shows, roadshows, summits, webinars, and podcasts to boost our market reach.
- Serve as a charismatic brand ambassador by hosting virtual and physical events, engaging with industry influencers, and acting as a primary point of contact for our partners and prospective customers.
- Manage and analyze all field marketing budgets and performance metrics to ensure our campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI and strategic alignment with our broader go-to-market goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the enterprise SaaS sector.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced startup, demonstrating the grit and motivation needed to succeed in a high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in cross-functional collaboration, public speaking, content writing, and event hosting.
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and various webinar platforms.
- Ability to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time and a commitment to working from our New York City office 3 days per week.
Location
This role is based in the United States, with a required presence in our New York City office at 1250 Broadway for our hybrid work schedule.
