We currently protect over 100,000 employees across more than 25 countries, and we want you to join us on our Journey to Zero. We are looking for a collaborative Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our global team based in New York City, where you will help us accelerate our growth and brand presence across North America.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy that includes trade shows, roadshows, summits, webinars, podcasts, and other high-impact physical and virtual events.
- You will act as the public face of Intenseye, serving as a charismatic host for our events and podcasts while building strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and prospective customers.
- You will own your performance metrics and budgets, using data to drive strategic decisions, optimize your campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in B2B field marketing within the enterprise SaaS space, along with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced startup. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong expertise in public speaking, content writing, and event hosting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and calculate ROI to track performance.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and various webinar platforms.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and regions.
- A willingness to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time.
- The ability to work in a hybrid capacity, joining our team at our New York City office three days per week.
- Fluency in English.
