We are looking for a collaborative Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our global team based in New York City and help us accelerate our growth across North America and beyond.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy that includes trade shows, roadshows, summits, webinars, podcasts, and various physical and virtual events.
- You will serve as a primary ambassador for our brand, acting as a charismatic presence at industry events and as a key point of contact for our partners, influencers, and prospective customers.
- You will manage all budgetary and performance metrics for your initiatives, using data to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within the enterprise SaaS space, along with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and execute field marketing strategies while collaborating effectively across different functions and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience with public speaking, event hosting, and content writing.
- Strong quantitative abilities, specifically regarding budget management, ROI analysis, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time and the willingness to work from our New York City office three days per week.
