Docker has earned its place as one of the most trusted names in developer tooling, relied on by more than 20 million monthly users and powering over 20 billion container image pulls. From individual founders to the largest enterprises, teams use our products-Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout-to build, share, and run applications with confidence. As AI transforms how software is created, Docker sits at the center of that change by delivering the secure, sandboxed environments that make autonomous workflows reliable. We are a globally distributed, remote-first company, and we are now expanding our Field Marketing presence in EMEA to turn our strong developer following and mature partner network into measurable regional pipeline.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager on a Full Time basis. In this position you will lead EMEA marketing efforts that convert our developer community and partner ecosystem into sales pipeline, deeper account engagement, and enterprise wins. You will report directly to EMEA sales leadership while working closely with our global Growth Marketing team, shaping how Docker shows up across the region for sales leaders, strategic partners, ISVs, and enterprise buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own EMEA’s contribution to pipeline by setting and hitting quarterly targets for MQLs, sales-accepted opportunities, and deal velocity that align with regional quota.
- Localize global campaigns-including Tier 01 product launches and enterprise ABM programs-while building partner-led plays that turn interest into sourced pipeline.
- Lead channel and partner marketing as the primary growth engine: co-marketing with tier-one distributors such as Exclusive Networks, activating resellers, running cloud alliance programs with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and developing ISV co-sell motions that expand reach beyond direct sales coverage.
Requirements
- At least eight years of B2B growth marketing experience, including six or more years leading regional, field, or partner marketing across EMEA.
- Proven ownership of regional pipeline targets with the ability to share specific results from a previous region you managed.
- Strong track record in partner and channel marketing, including co-sell programs, reseller enablement, ISV partnerships, or OEM motions that produced measurable pipeline.
- Cross-cultural experience working across multiple EMEA markets and the ability to partner effectively with regional sales leaders.
- Background working with developer or technical audiences; experience in containers, cloud infrastructure, AI, or open source is a plus.
- A builder’s mindset with the drive to design programs, run them, measure impact, and refine what works as Docker’s first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer remote work with flexible hours, generous paid time off, equity compensation, maternity and paternity leave, a home office budget, a learning budget, and medical insurance. Additional perks include quarterly Whaleness Days, an end-of-year break, a technology stipend, and Docker swag.
