What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a foundational position for an experienced professional who will drive awareness and consideration for our products among enterprise clients. Because this role involves significant engagement with the field, you must be comfortable with regional travel more than 50% of the year. You will be based in the United States and will work closely with our sales and product teams to execute high-impact strategies.
What will you do?
- Manage the complete lifecycle of events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with sales management, product marketing, and developer advocacy to design integrated marketing campaigns that support our long-term business goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of your marketing initiatives to identify trends and optimize our field strategy for better results.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry. We are looking for someone with the following strengths:
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle both small and large-scale events.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of programs and report on outcomes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in lockstep with sales teams to align on messaging and objectives.
- A high level of comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Fluency in English.
