Key outcomes
- Develop and manage our overarching experimentation strategy and roadmap to drive product performance.
- Prioritize initiatives by evaluating potential business impact and deep user insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to uncover new opportunities for innovation.
- Create and deploy A/B and multivariate tests designed to boost user engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Interpret experimental data to provide clear, actionable recommendations for future product iterations.
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership to align the organization on experimentation priorities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, though an advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, specifically centered on optimization and experimentation.
- Strong technical proficiency with CMS platforms and various optimization tools.
- A proven history of using experimentation techniques to deliver measurable improvements in product metrics.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and leadership.
- Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining high levels of autonomy.

Compensation
The national pay range for this position is $135,000 to $148,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on your specific experience. We also offer the benefit of a fully remote work environment.
