About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Executive Officer for Electrical Projects Maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a critical role in overseeing the health and efficiency of our electrical systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment operates reliably while supporting our broader engineering objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of essential electrical infrastructure, including UPS systems, DG sets, transformers, and distribution panels.
• Execute both preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure all machinery and low voltage systems, such as fire and door access controls, function according to specifications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for service requirements, maintain detailed energy consumption reports, and ensure all electrical activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in electrical engineering and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience working with pharma utilities, cleanroom electrical systems, and 11KV substations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and a solid understanding of Building Management Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for lab equipment and a deep commitment to electrical safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in shifts to meet business demands.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships within a focused team.

Location

This position is based in India and requires an on-site presence to manage our electrical assets effectively.
