The opportunity
We are searching for a confident and hands-on Senior Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced, agile environment. In this role, you will be a vital partner to our CEO and COO, ensuring their time is managed effectively while overseeing the broader office operations. You will be a key point of contact for our leadership team and will play a central role in keeping our London headquarters running smoothly.
A day in the life
- You will manage the complex diaries of our CEO and COO while coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- You will provide leadership to our office team, including the Executive Assistant and Office Assistant, while also managing internal communications in partnership with the People team.
- You will facilitate high-level meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, liaising with Board members, and ensuring that action items are tracked and completed.
Who you are
You are a highly organized professional with extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives. You thrive in environments that require agility, and you possess the interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships across all levels of the company. You are comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and have a proven ability to manage shifting priorities with ease. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack is essential for your daily success in this role.
