We are looking for a Senior Events Operations Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based out of our NYC office, to help us continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI-driven advertising.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage our robust client entertainment program, which includes overseeing high-profile partnerships with venues like MetLife Stadium and Madison Square Garden, while also executing owned activations like lunch and learns.
- You will coordinate all event logistics, including ticketing, catering, and the creation of event collateral, while serving as the primary point of contact for venue teams.
- You will collaborate closely with our sales and revenue leaders to target prospects, manage client invitations, and track campaign performance and ROI using Salesforce.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of organizational expertise and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in event coordination or client relations within a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure event success and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and general event management tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, as is previous experience working with sports partnerships or large-scale entertainment venues.
- Fluency in English.
