About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Events Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, remote position based in the United Kingdom. This role is a vital part of our Global Event team, where you will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of both virtual and in-person B2B events. You will be involved in everything from initial research and venue negotiation to analyzing the success of our campaigns, ensuring that every event aligns with our broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person B2B events, including webinars and third-party industry conferences.
- Manage event logistics, such as researching and booking venues, coordinating technical production, and handling vendor negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Digital Marketing, to develop outreach strategies and track event performance metrics like pipeline generation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to four years of experience managing virtual and in-person B2B events within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with essential business tools, including Zoom, Slack, Asana, Google Suite, Bizzabo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage data and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or non-standard hours, along with the ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
