What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that requires a high level of ownership and a deep understanding of the freight ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving our revenue growth by managing the entire sales lifecycle for our enterprise clients, working strategically to help us scale our impact in the logistics industry.
What will you do?
- Manage complex sales cycles for enterprise shippers, taking ownership of the process from initial prospecting all the way through to contract execution.
- Develop customized solutions and deliver impactful product demonstrations that highlight the value of our platform to prospective customers.
- Partner closely with our internal Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience and that their feedback helps shape our future roadmap.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in enterprise sales within the logistics or freight sectors. We are looking for someone who communicates with confidence and has a proven ability to navigate large organizations. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and possess the following qualities:
- Over five years of experience in enterprise sales with a track record of closing complex deals.
- A deep understanding of truckload freight dynamics and the relationships between shippers and carriers.
- A founder-like mindset that balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to winning business.
- Fluency in English to effectively engage with our stakeholders and partners.
- Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven approach to your work.
