What you bring

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team in designing and building scalable systems that support our long-term technical vision. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. Your work will involve deep collaboration across our backend and frontend stacks, leveraging AWS and relational databases to drive our mission forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring engineers through complex technical challenges while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Balancing the team’s roadmap between delivering new features and addressing technical debt to ensure long-term stability.
• Aligning engineering efforts with broader business objectives to ensure our technical strategy supports our growth and patient outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a management or leadership capacity. You should possess strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in backend development, a solid grasp of frontend technologies, and deep expertise in PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure like AWS. We value a proactive mindset toward security and a genuine commitment to professional development and team growth.

What we offer
