What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Payments and Risk Platform team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. You will be responsible for guiding our technical strategy while ensuring our systems remain secure and scalable. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving predictable delivery by establishing clear metrics and quality assurance practices.
• Managing complex engineering projects, including the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence through strong team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep technical background. You should possess at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, specifically within payment platforms, and at least 3 years in engineering management. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the framework. You must demonstrate expertise in fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance. We value candidates who are excellent communicators, capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships, and committed to mentoring top engineering talent. Fluency in English is required for this role.

What we offer
