The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is vital to our growth, as you will be responsible for scaling our engineering organization and refining how we plan and deliver complex projects. You will work closely with our talented engineers, helping them grow in their careers while ensuring we maintain the high technical standards that our customers expect. A day in the life

• You will partner with product managers to prioritize our roadmap and ensure we are consistently delivering high-quality software on time.
• You will mentor and develop our engineering talent, providing clear feedback and guidance to help our team members reach their full potential.
• You will establish and refine our internal processes, setting standards that allow our team to scope, plan, and ship software efficiently as we scale.

Who you are

You are an experienced manager who understands what it takes to build world-class systems in a fast-paced environment. You communicate complex ideas with clarity and thrive when navigating ambiguous problem spaces. We value candidates who bring the following to our team:

• Proven experience in a senior, staff, or principal engineering role where you have successfully led technical groups.
• A background in shipping software within highly regulated industries, ideally with a focus on developer experience.
• A systematic mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business goals and help close deals.
• Fluency in English and a strong network that you can leverage to help us source and hire top-tier engineering talent.

• The pay range for this position in the US is $225,000 to $260,000 USD.
• The pay range for this position in Canada is $168,750 to $195,000 USD.
